ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR USE ON CHILDREN?

Yes, our products are safe for babies and children, but we do advise you to do a patch test first. It is also recommended to use our unscented products if your child is sensitive to fragrances.

CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCTS IF I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN?

Yes, you can use our products on sensitive skin, but we recommend purchasing our unscented products. We also recommend a patch test.

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY PRODUCTS

We recommend storing your products in a cool, and dry climate.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING

Yes, we offer free shipping in the USA for orders over $100

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO RECEIVE

Packages are expected to arrive within 2-3 business days with USPS ground. Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Orders placed on the weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day. On holidays, products will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center. Presently, we do not offer international shipping.

WHAT IS THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER

You can find the tracking number for your order in your shipping confirmation email. If you aren't able to find this email, we'd recommend checking your spam folder. Feel free to contact us if you're not able to find your tracking number and we're happy to resend you your tracking information.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY
